He contributes his duties at Akhil Bhartiya Lingayat Samanvay Samiti.

He has been in the field of education since 2002 and has a vast experience in setting up new quality Institutes. He is the best trainer. He investigates new teaching techniques which give an ease experience to the teachers. He is an avid reader. He is very social towards people.
